variety, Stock Market Learning has a different special

was proclaimed by the United Nations for 2005 to 2014.

Although a balanced, healthy diet is essential to human
life, many people in the world cannot afford a basic supply
of fresh water and food. At the same time, huge quantities
of fresh food are simply thrown away in the major industrial
countries.
Some food products travel thousands of kilometres before
they get to our table. Can we call that sustainability?
No. But how can sustainability be achieved, and what is
